Delivery
Orders received are usually shipped within one business day provided the items ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are currently backordered to us. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and  estimated delivery time.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery to the customer. When returning merchandise please include a copy of your packing slip, please mark the item(s) being returned and explain why you are returning the merchandise.  Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise.

How We Do Business

Out of Stock
Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock are indicated as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel
such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card  provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

When the Internet was new, there was a good deal of fear about security. Our Security Measures

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.

If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you’re crossing the street, you probably don’t have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
